Refund Policy

Xelthmexon Dhramexil is committed to providing exceptional gourmet cooking education. We understand that circumstances may require refund requests, and we've established clear guidelines to ensure fairness for all participants.

1 Refund Eligibility Requirements

Students may request refunds within specific timeframes depending on their enrollment status. For our comprehensive gourmet cooking programs beginning in late 2025, refund eligibility is determined by when the withdrawal request is submitted relative to the program start date.

Full refunds are available for students who withdraw more than 14 days before their scheduled program begins. Students withdrawing 7-14 days before commencement are eligible for 75% refund of tuition fees. Those withdrawing within 7 days of program start receive a 50% refund.

No refunds are processed after the first scheduled class session has occurred, regardless of attendance.

2 Refund Process and Timeline

Step 1: Submit Written Request

Email your withdrawal request to contact@exonsoai.com including your full name, enrollment details, and reason for withdrawal. Requests must include original payment confirmation.

Step 2: Administrative Review

Our student services team reviews your request within 3-5 business days. You'll receive email confirmation acknowledging receipt and expected processing timeline.

Step 3: Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Credit card refunds may take additional time depending on your financial institution.

3 Special Circumstances

We recognize that unexpected situations sometimes require flexibility. Medical emergencies documented by healthcare professionals may qualify for full refunds regardless of timing. Military deployment orders also receive special consideration.

Family emergencies, job relocations, or other significant life changes are evaluated individually. While we cannot guarantee full refunds in these situations, we often offer program transfers to future dates or partial credit toward alternative course offerings.

Students experiencing financial hardship after enrollment should contact our student services team immediately. We maintain a limited scholarship fund and payment plan options that may provide alternatives to withdrawal.

4 Non-Refundable Items

Certain program components cannot be refunded once provided or accessed. Registration fees, specialty ingredient kits shipped to students, and digital course materials downloaded prior to withdrawal are non-refundable regardless of timing.

Equipment purchases made through Xelthmexon Dhramexil follow separate return policies and must be returned in original condition within 30 days. Used or damaged equipment cannot be returned for refund.

Students who have accessed more than 25% of digital course content forfeit refund eligibility for that portion of their program fees.

5 Payment Method Considerations

Refunds are always processed to the original payment method used for enrollment. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, though some banks may take longer to post the credit to your account.

Bank transfer payments are refunded via direct deposit to the originating account. International students should expect currency conversion fees and potential delays due to banking regulations in their home countries.

Payment plan participants receive prorated refunds based on amounts already paid, minus any applicable withdrawal fees. Future payment obligations are cancelled upon approved withdrawal.
